Can my husband sue my car insurance company?

Can my husband sue my car insurance company? I was leaving my driveway and accidentally hit my husbands car was parked on the street. My car is her husbands car business and is entitled under the name of company with its own insurance business. I placed a claim with my insurance company because I have full coverage insurance on my car and I think that since I did the damage, my insurance company would pay to fix it.
