Can my husband sue my car insurance company?

Can my husband sue my car insurance company? I was leaving my driveway and accidentally hit my husbands car was parked on the street. My car is her husbands car business and is entitled under the name of company with its own insurance business. I placed a claim with my insurance company because I have full coverage insurance on my car and I think that since I did the damage, my insurance company would pay to fix it. Can someone please enlighten me. Thank you.

I believe to be correct, I think they're full of it. call and ask them to quote for the provision of the policy that says you do not have coverage for that and tell you where in your policy will find it. If they can not do that, I tell them to pay. If you do not pay, sue them for it. Some states (Florida, for example) requires your insurance company to pay THEIR legal fees if you have to sue and if you win. The alternative to suing his employer, is for her husband to sue his company, but I am not your attorney's fees are collectible in that instance it is by law in Florida for suing his own company.
